Efest provides a limited warranty to customers that all Efest batteries can be replaced in 3 months, chargers can be returned to repair for a period of 3 years. The warranty is provided in all the following situations:

Chargers’s Warranty

1.Efest will replace a new charger if purchaser get the chargers in 3 months because of quality itself problem.( Purchaser do not need to return chargers back if he provides video or picture to show the problem).

2.Efest will replace a new charger or fix the charger if purchaser get the charger in 1 year,but above 3 months because of quality itself problem. (Purchaser should return chargers back)

3.Efest will fix all Efest brand chargers to all customers in 3 years by FREE.

4.Efest can not provide the warranty as following situations:

  a) The charger is broken down, reconstructed or modified by unauthorized parties.

  b) The charger is damaged through improper usage.

  c) The charger is damaged by leakage of batteries.d: The charger is charged with unknown brand adapter.

Batteries’ Warranty

1.Efest will replace a new battery if purchaser get the battery in 7 days because of quality itself problem. (Purchaser do not need to return battery back if he provides video or picture to show the problem).

2.Efest will replace a new battery if purchaser get the battery in 3 months because of quality itself problem. (Purchaser should return battery back)

3.Efest can not provide the warranty as following situations:

   a) The battery is shorted or damaged through improper usage.

   b) The battery is damaged through improper storage
